Bio - JIM HAUSCH
Jim Hausch is president of Adler Aviation, Inc. Mr. Hausch has more than 40 years of experience in the aviation industry. He held various senior management positions in Fortune 500 and aviation management companies. In addition to aircraft appraisals, his consulting activities have consisted of aircraft acquisition services, market analyses, aircraft performance comparisons, FAA 125 and 135 air carrier operations, safety management systems, flight operations audits and new and pre-owned aircraft completions management.  Jim is an FAA licensed commercial pilot with jet ratings and over 10,000 flight hours.

Bio - GLENN INTROCASO

As a corporate aviation professional with over 35 years of experience, Glenn is an FAA Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) and a graduate of Thomas A. Edison University where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Applied Science & Technology.

His aviation career began as an AMT with National Distillers & Chemical Corporation; a company which took delivery of the first corporate Gulfstream G-II and G-III aircraft nicknamed, “The Spirit of America”. Glenn then served as a long tenured employee with Interlaken Capital Aviation Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of a Fortune 400 company. His background with Interlaken evolved from continued practical experience as an AMT to serving in the capacity as Director of Maintenance for this FAR Part 91/135 operator on a variety of business aircraft and helicopters for over 33 years. 

His responsibilities involved planning and implementing of maintenance and hangar facility operating budgets, capital improvements and managing the technical activities of the company’s maintenance staff and aircraft. He is proficient in new aircraft completions, acquisitions, sales, pre-purchase inspections/ARC surveys, major airframe/engine inspections, and refurbishment projects by way of direct oversight, negotiating of contracts, invoice review, warranty mediation and monitoring vendor performance from inception to delivery.
